Intro to Python Workshop

Thursday, May 31, 2018 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Jack Brown Hall, Third floor, Room 358

Python is one of the most versatile scripting languages available to programmers everywhere. It comes installed on most Linux distros and is only a download away on Windows and Mac OS. Come learn how to build a Twitter bot using the Twitter API and the Twython library. If you would like to bring your own computer, make sure you have installed Python. You will also need to create a Twitter account for your bot, so be prepared to use your school email and a phone number.

General Club Meeting

Friday, June 1, 2018 @ 10:30 - 11:30 am

Jack Brown Hall, Third floor, Room 358

Join us as we discuss future events, showcase student projects, eat pizza, and network. This is the time to get your questions answered about IEEE, how to join the club, and how to get involved and start volunteering.
